Conservation Services provides a range of habitat boxes on a supply-only or supply-and-install basis.
These include
Bird boxes
Bird feeders
Bird feeder tables
Hedgehog boxes
Insect boxes
Bird Box and Sign Bird Feeder Table
For special days and exhibitions (such as Biodioversity day) Conservation Services can assemble habitat boxes on site for the public and these can then be provided for free (at organisation's expense) or for sale. This can add a hands-on activity to such days, especially for children who like receiving and helping to make such things as bird feeders.
Insect Box
The location of installed boxes is carefully recorded and a habitat-box maintenance service can be provided on an ongoing basis, including preparing nesting boxes for the new nesting season on a yearly basis.
Conservation Services have an in-depth knowledge of sensitive areas and habitats such as National Nature Reserves and embryonic shifting dunes and marram dunes. Tony Murray, NPWS Wexford
